Updating... haha yea I suck at it but whatever...

Life is, above all things, absolutely wonderful at this point. Yes, school's started but I somehow retain the ability to be happy (possibly a side-effect of senior year). Not even Mrs. Odle's oddles of work has dampened my spirits. Being happy really improves life. Which is exactly why I am resolved to stay happy.
I've heard it said before that happiness is a state of mind but never truly believed. I hate to sound like a preacher on his soap box but the warped American view of happiness requires outside influences that are extremely far removed from actually happiness. Accept yourself, be thankful, and laugh at all the funny shit life dishes out and its "no problem, mon." You know what: I love the smell of learning. I like to learn and challenge myself. I even like school (so long as the teachers are as passionate as I am). Anyway... Life is good. And yes, I am eccentric.

Ok, so France. Guess its best to just make a major explanation here and then avoid random questions for the next month:
To sum up the experience as succiently as possible it was amazing. Though many Americans feel for some reason it is inline to frenchie bash and am truly convinced that France is the most hoppin' country alongside Aussie and the US. I spent 2 and a half of my 3 weeks on the French Riviara (however you spell it). That would be the frickin' Mediterranean. It was a beautiful country steeped in history and castles, the kind of place that fairy tales would call "perfect." My host family was very congenial and showed me all kinds of neat french exeriences. I, for instance, am now a wine addict. Besides the beauty and kindness of France the laws of the country are uber-cool; I was legal to drink for the last 2 and a half weeks. Crazy huh. Paris was (as always since I've been before) breathtaking thought the addition of a night-life - french barhopping - made it even better. All in all it was Grrrrrrrrrrreat.

However, it is good to be home with my friends... I missed everyone alot. Anywhoo I'm out.
